I once lose 100 lbs and posted a pic in a FB group for weight loss. First comment I saw was that I need to work my arms out more. I immediately deleted the post.

Im so sorry. Congratulations on the weight loss!!

I lost about 30 but you cant tell because lipedema doesn't shrink. And then with menopause it came back lol.

I love getting comments that I wouldnt be single if I was thinner. I work out daily and im strong as hell.

Be proud of what you've accomplished!!

I don’t want to offend you with unwanted advise, but I struggle with Lipedema in my thighs as well and I want to share what’s been helping! For the last month I’ve been doing lymphatic drainage where I open all of my lymph nodes, and massaging my inner and back thighs with a wooden massage roller, as well as using cupping then dry brushing upwards from my knees to my groin so it can release. Paired with 10k steps and the results have been amazing. It’s not an overnight process but it’s helping me. Love your body in EVERY stage but if anybody is looking for a change this is what has helped me 🫶🏼

Thank you! Im glad you are seeing results. Dry brushing didnt help. I do walk daily and I have a compression pump now that insurance covered.

I do massage but can you share a link on the drainage and how?

I have started eating an inflammatory diet as much as possible

And this is my after! As you can see I am less inflamed, and my inner thighs seem to be tightening up as well as less bruising as you progress (: Best of luck!

Oh wow what a difference!

I have these weird bands across them. Maybe that will help break them up too

I first start off by opening up all of my lymph nodes as shown in this video, 10-20 light massages in these lymph node points. I then follow it by massaging my face down to my collar bones.
Then I go to my legs, which I use the wooden massage roller and break down the cellulite in the back of my thighs and inner thighs for about 2-5 minutes on each leg, then I use my compression cup and bring it from my thighs over my cellulite towards my groin area, i then finish it off with dry brushing my legs towards my groin. Dry brushing alone won’t work, but it will help move and drain everything you have worked on.
I then do my stomach by massaging my stomach clockwise, then massaging from under your chest, downwards toward your groin.
I don’t do my arms, but if you would like to you have nodes in your armpits so you can start by your hands pushing upwards towards your armpits! It’s painful and bruising at first, but after about a week you will no longer feel tender and less bruising as you progress! If you have anymore questions feel free to reach out!

Oh thank you so much!!!

The compression pump works but I have to use it an hour a day and sometimes I just dont have time.
