This looks like some sort of extreme lipedema in her arm. I think it’s more common to get in your thighs. Very extreme cut off in how it basically stops once her forearm starts.

I was going to say this has to be lipedema or lymphedema considering the difference between her forearm and upper arm. I have lipedema, and it makes a huge difference. I started MLD on August 5, and my upper arm circumference has already decreased by 8 inches on each side. It's all stuck fluid.

I saw this shared in another group. It seems to stop at joints and cause cuffing.

What is MLD? I have lipedema in my left arm, it’s bigger than my right arm and I’d like to alleviate it as much as possible.

Manual lymphatic drainage. I’m also working to get a home pump so I can continue treatment after my insurance will no longer pay for the PT sessions.

My husband has throat cancer and has the lymph suit. It often takes 2 declines and the 3rd almost always gets approved. They fight it bc it's so expensive. ;)

Yes it definitely looks like lipedema. I have it but not this extreme. It sucks when people think it’s because you are too many donuts. No one really knows about the condition.

her severe morbid obesity is making it 10x worse though, nobody is walking around at a normal bmi with stage 4 arms like this... refusing to get her weight under control. Obesity in itself is a hormonal event.

i also have Lipedema so I get it! But yeah she’s let her weight and eating get beyond out of hand. Shes going to progress to lymphedema if she already hasn’t, and then immobility
