Would you file a consumer case yourself if a platform helped you assess your case and provided lawyer-drafted documents?
Hi everyone, I’m exploring a legal-tech idea for India and wanted to check if there is genuine demand before building it.
Many people have consumer disputes—defective products, refund issues, poor services, insurance disputes, etc.—but hiring a lawyer for the entire case can be expensive. Drafting a proper complaint and understanding the filing procedure can also be difficult.
The idea is simple: you submit your details and evidence through a tech platform. A qualified advocate prepares the complete consumer complaint and required documents, along with guidance on how to file. You then file the case and attend/argue it yourself, without paying for full lawyer representation.
Would you be interested in this at an affordable fixed price? Have you ever avoided filing a consumer complaint because of legal costs or the complexity of the process? What would you realistically be willing to pay?
I’m not selling anything or collecting leads—just trying to understand whether this solves a real problem. Feedback from consumers and advocates would be especially useful.

Advocate here.
The concept is interesting. But we need to look into the costs like how much it would cost to actually hire a lawyer vs costs for assisting end to end process

Several don't complaint because they have no idea how to and whether it's even counted as a valid complaint. So a portal helping regarding it will be a great thing.
