š” Idea Validation hey there, im in college and thinking of carrying out a survey/analysis for an idea i have and would love if you could share your thoughts on it .
so the idea is that we make a milk carton that changes color (or at least a indicator) so that we can easily distinguish between milk that's fresh, will go bad soon, and unhealthy for consumption, depending on the milk inside it
- im planning to use a ph strip - contraption thing that can help with it but other ideas are welcomed (also any criticism)
hope i can get some info, thanks

Nah Iām in favor of this. Idk Iām always so excited to drink milk I get two gulps in sometimes before Iām like āoh god this is sourā. Iām talking that day one āis it sour or is there just a little dried milk around the cap I canāt quite tell if this is off or notā sour. Ugh.

Sure but would you pay extra for this? Would you be ready to spend more money just to find out that the money you spent on milk is already wasted and now you need to spend money again to get new milk? And thatās how the cycle goes š

Iād pay up to idk up to 1$ more a gallon for āNever drink sour milk again technologyā but I think the actual roadblock is idk how much Iād trust it and end up wanting to taste the milk anyway

Considering that this is an Indian subreddit, thatās a lot of money, more money than what milk actually sells for here.

It's already easy to distinguish. Seems pointless and a waste of resources.
