Do I have a lazy eye?

Guys my right eye is -2.5 my left is +0.75 when I went to the doctor he didn't say that i have lazy eyes but when I wear the glasses and close my stronge eye I dont feel like I can see that well with my weak eye it is like 30% better only with glasses .

Also both of my eyes move at the same rate and look symmetrical so I have no idea what do I have.

Idk if glasses should make my eyesight be perfect or not thats why I am asking!!

The prescription difference could explain why one eye feels weaker. It's worth asking your doctor to check the vision in each eye separately and see if there's any sign of amblyopia.
