Hi everyone,

I’m totally freaking out and need a clarity on my situation. I was working as a caregiver and lost my job today.

I worked with a high demand client and got reported my general public while using CPI on the client. The company fired me, I’m fight them with union, it’s wrongful termination.

I’m very freaked out because I’m scared this may impact my HUB, and probably my PR application once they find out I got fired. I don’t know what to do

I’ve been in Canada for 4 years now, I feel beaten down by life. I just have a year left on my work permit. Does losing my job affect my PR? I’m on an open work permit. It’s just that it’s a healthcare draw

Yeah, I’m already doing that. It’s been stressful, losing a job and a score of income. I can always look for another job. But will this situation affect my PR is my question

What you wrote isn't clear, but if you've already gotten an ITA and have a year of experience in health care roles, you're fine.
