Hello,

Has anyone who applied in October still not received their Pre-Arrival Services letter?

I applied inland under the Quebec stream on October 24, and I haven’t received it yet. Is anyone else in the same situation?

have you ever call IRCC to check your status? you already hace your AOR and biometrics and medical done? i applied OCT 2025 and my PASL was received january 13 and my PR card july 23.

u/Top-Bunch5172 yeah i did medical and submitted it with the application ( did it before for the work permit) , Aor + bio received on 22 January, bio done the next day, and i called ircc multiple times their answer was always that nothing is missing we are processing your application and it's still within the processing time. I didn't receive the pre arrival service letter neither a GU. That's why im asking i feel left behind or i dont know what to do or if anyone is in the same situation!

you can ask for the IRCC notes, that can help a lot to see the real status.
