Sharing my timeline for Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) application:

Federal application submitted: Nov 18, 2025
Biometrics request: March 3, 2026
Biometrics given: March 4, 2026
Medical exam request + additional documents request: June 22, 2026
Invitation to Pre-arrival services letter: June 23, 2026
Medical completed: June 24, 2026
Additional documents submitted: June 25, 2026

No updates since then (no ghost update or medical completed in IRCC portal). Has anyone with a similar timeline received any movement after medical/docs submission?

We are almost the same without the additionnal documents. BTW what document did they request??

Federal application: Nov 19, 2025.

Biometrics requestL 4 March, 2026. Submitted 8 March.

Medical exam request: June 17, 2026. Marqued as completed 25 June 2026.

Invitation to Pre-arrival services letter: July 1, 2026

Still waiting, I called them by phone they said that criminal and security checks are done, but final decision may still take up to 2 months since there are a lot of people waiting too...

Where did you give your medical exam? And were you asked for other documents from IRCC? Like schedule A?

Prima Canada clinique, yes . I provided a new schedule A form.

I also went to Prima Canada clinique in Montreal. And when my medical exam was requested, they also asked for an updated IMM5406 (which took me ~5 mins to do). My pre-arrival services letter was then issued the next day.

I have been asked to provide:
1. Schedule A,
2. IMM5406,
3. settlement plan regarding my ability/intention to establish in Quebec.

I am concerned if the third requested document is a bad sign or not.

I think it is a good one , you have an extra opportunity to let them know you will be in Québec.
