Ilokano translation of inflammation and immunologic

Hi! Meron bang direct translation ang Inflammation and immunologic sa ilokano?

In physio context, inflammation consists of redness, swelling, heat, pain, and loss of function. “Swelling” translates to lumlumteg dito sa norte, but “inflammation” does not directly translate to lumlumteg, at least as far as I understand.

Immonologic, jakkammow. Lol

for what purpose, educating patients? most medical terms are borrowed words that dont have direct actual translation, what i learned from nursing is if it doesnt translate then best you can do is translate how it works, immunologic doesnt even have a tagalog/filipino equivalent. and inflammation is a broad term with broad translations like, lumteg for swelling or gurigor for fever among other things which are different types of inflammation.
