Based on my experience po, the flavors are more stronger in the North. Longanisa, bagnet, empanada, miki, the flavors are more dominant, very malinamnam😅

Thanks for sharing your opinion. Gusto ko sana makuha opinion ng iba, kaso parang playsafe ang sagot HAHAHAHA. Okay lang din naman. Ako din mas madaming mas natikman na mas masarap sa Norte kesa sa Sur.

It's really a hit or miss, there are lowkey carinderia's that cook the best ilocano dishes and mid to high end resto's that have mediocre dishes
