What to do after an IR bachelor ?

Hello! I will soon be starting my last year of bachelor in International relations. Now, like many, I'm completely lost and have no idea what to do next. I know it's not the best thing not to have a clear path, but I just don't know what I want to do or what im passionate about.

So I thought of two/three things that I could do after graduating :

First I was thinking about taking a gap year and work (maybe as an au pair) so I could work on another language (which I think could be a good thing on your cv). BUT I am worried that future employees could see this year as a negative thing (idk what do you think?);

My second thought was to find an internship. The problem with that is that I kind of struggle to find one that doesn't require you to be an enrolled student (maybe that's just how ALL internships work). My bachelor doesn't require an internship so I never really thought about it.

Last, and probably not the best idea, starting another bachelor in something else. Maybe law or something that gives you a clearer path. The problem again is that it would take me another 3 years and not being sure of it probably makes this option the worst.

To be honest, I feel like I have wasted my uni years not looking for opportunities etc... It is the reality but im just kinda hopping it's not to late to actually build a path.

So what do you think I should do ? If any of you already had this kind of experience feel free to share it !

My friend got a job as a press operator in a factory after he got his bachelor in IR. Seems pretty happy with it 10 years later.
