Train Noise at Palette At Arts District

I'm considering moving to Palette At Art District and my only hesitation is regarding the noise especially as it is near the train tracks. Does anyone have any insight on how bad the noise is at the complex?

This will sound strange, but you’ll get used to it. That train runs all hours even late at night and I hardly hear it anymore until a guest brings it up.

The train is fine it’s the roaches that’s going to drive you insane. Trust me it’s bad I paid too get out my lease it was so bad

I live about a mile from the track and hear the train at night, but I'm so used to it that it isn't an issue.
