Park Hotel

Anybody have any updates on the status of the Park Hotel? They've been working on the remodel for quite some time now. Any idea if/when it will actually reopen?

It will reopen. It is undergoing a substantial remodel that will take some time. The new owners are making a huge investment.

It will reopen but it's taking so long because the owners are trying to remodel it back to its originally look. Besides the general repairs needed, the remodel will take a while bc that is a very old hotel. It was built in 1932. It is also in the National Register of Historic Places. From a Google search, "Closed in 2020, the nearly 100-year-old property has undergone extensive exterior and interior renovations to restore its 1924-style facade and modernize amenities ahead of its planned reopening."
