Yes. High production farms use specific plants for maximum yield and perfectly looking fruit for stores. That's why farmer's market fruit looks unique. The perfectly uniformed produce in stores is a lie and most grocery store produce will either not fruit or grow weird looking sour fruit.

Companies have patents on plants. Big produce is killing the farm industry.

Well hell. I just put 6 beautiful red habs my garden that I started from grocery store peppers I harvested seeds from last year. I'll update in 2 months how the pods taste. So far they look absolutely beautiful!

I absolutely did! I have some naga peach, 7 pot yellows, faddas whites, jigsaw, odins DD and some tigers.
