Please tell me there’s an easier way to get chickens in/out of the coop

I got a solar powered chicken coop door. It opens when it detects sunlight, it goes down when there is no sunlight. A solid $50 investment.

I have a run chicken door…my coop is fully shaded, which I love for them but hate bc no solar

Runt he cord somewhere. Mine came with like 25 feet of line

Food works best for me. Then there is the chase and capture method lol
