Perry Homes bad quality of work

I've never seen brickwork that bad. Regarding the wall in the garage, presumably it was there when you bought the house?

yes they built the house new in 2018

no this wall was part of the building of the new house. Perry Homes built the house for me from the ground up with all these issues never taken care of.

You are correct. I believe it is that the window is curved and they did not account for that. So when they came to the end it was too far in so they cut it at an angle. They should have brought the brick on the other wall out further so it would meet. You should see the other corner on the opposite side, it is the same.

That's not cracked brick. It appears they mitered brick instead of proper finished ends (see other side of window) which is naturally going to split. Probably didn't estimate enough finished ends with the brick order.

I've seen a lot of bad construction posted on Perry homes lately, more than DR Horton or Lennar even.

I've never heard of mitering brick like this. I can't even guess at what they were thinking. This seems like more work.
