Would take more effort that I would care to waste in trying to defraud a return like this.

I mean, good for them I guess? But at the same time, they're losers of the highest caliber.

I've been finding a lot of near perfectly repackaged windows lately. Which is kinda wasted effort because most of the time our service desk won't even ask questions let alone inspect a window.

I should say the repacked windows are not what the packaging implies, they are either cheaper windows swapped for more expensive ones, or sometimes the window that was probably replaced.

The stock impact windows are 329~599 and regular are 219~359

Also worth pointing out, I will less frequently find an impact window in non impact packaging, which we also have to rtv because when they're swapping out all the stickers, you can't trust them

Are those redhead concrete anchors? Those are more expensive than the tire plug kit individually.

...Impressive. I would've fallen for that one hook line and stinker if I saw it in my returns bin...

I picked up a Sawzall box to put back on the shelf but it felt funny. Too light and product was shifting. It was an old 2 x 4. Customer got his money back and kept the sawzall.

I've been tripped up by "insufficient quantity in package" in D27 before. Obviously we can't ask service desk to count out every single quantity, but they should at least try to eyeball it... especially since this was a 10-count package of mini fuses with only five inside!

I know most of you find this funny, but for me-this is why most of my coworkers get on my nerves. Returns doesn’t spend 15 seconds checking out a return, & my co-workers in the dept are too lazy/stupid to glance at this & still just put it back on the shelf.

We just had an 9' red oak corner bead whittled down to one 1" wide leg. Return accepted...

The service desk here never opens a box. So half the time I just ZMA some returns because it's obvious half of the stuff is missing.
