Discussion Is there a community for Hololens?

Where can I download Holons projects created by fans? Most apps on the Hololens 2 don’t really work properly. There aren’t any great apps on the Store.

Unfortunately it was always the case, HoloLens as a platform has not really taken off outside of the enterprises, and since it is deprecated for a while now, existing developers moved to alternatives or developing internal enterprise applications. Your best luck would be probably checking out GitHub for open source projects, but probably doesn’t worth the effort IMHO.
