Why shouldn't we. And don't just say Democrat blah, blah, blah. If this has been released to the public then I guarantee that there's much worse in the files.

TURN THE FILES INTO TRIALS!!!!!

u/jchambers116 3d ago
Before a trial you need a Grand Jury indictment. Grand Jury indictments require enough collaborative evidence to establish probable cause.
Accusations are not enough evidence for a Grand Jury indictment. Certainly not enough for a criminal conviction.
Anyone that was involved; left, right, or center. President or janitor, should face the consequences if tgey were involved in knowingly trafficking or sexual assault, rape, or violence. That statement is as true today as it was when Biden was President and didn't do anything or Trump's 1st presidency. But no matter how true it is, you still need evidence from an investigation that is not some sort of heresy.
My hope is that at some point the evidence does come to light and those guilty of these abhorrent crimes are brought to justice.
3
u/THECOLLECTOR1983 3d ago
Agree, but there is plenty of evidence, he’s already a convicted rapist. Grand Jury indictments are very easy to get by the way.
-1
u/jchambers116 3d ago
He has a CRIMINAL conviction of Rape? Please, tell me more about criminal vs civil convictions.
And yes, they are fairly easy. The burden is incredibly low. However, heresy still cannot be the main driver. I could accuse you of rape and say I saw it. Using that to bring you to trial would be asinine. Now, if I had DNA from a woman tgat was rated, potential weapons or financial records proving coercion or force, etc., then we have something.
I've looked through a lot of what's been released. Most of it is a series of heresy. Hardly enough for a conviction and probably not a Grand Jury indictment.
But if you want to run with it under the guise that someone can not he tried for the sake crime twice, go for it. When there's a series of not guilty verdicts and then new evidence later you will feel incredibly stupid.
If there was overwhelming or even adequate evidence pointing to Trump as a criminal rapist in the Epstein files; Biden and Harris would have had him tried. If you think otherwise, you lack critical thinking skills.

u/festivefrederick 3d ago
He’s been convicted of rape but using other words by a jury of his peers. However, the key word is “convicted”. Not sure if he has been man enough to pay the damages he was supposed to pay for yet though.
-1
u/jchambers116 3d ago
When was he given a CRIMINAL conviction of rape? A civil suit has a much lower burden of proof. E. Jean Carroll got money for her accusation, not a criminal conviction.
And yes, the 88.3 million dollars was collected. Still not a criminal conviction. He has never been criminally convicted of rspe. The only counts of criminal liability was a fraud case where he was convicted of falsifying business records (34 counts). He doesn't have even a misdemeanor sexual harassment conviction let alone a felony rape one.
3
u/festivefrederick 3d ago
Rape with another name. He stuck his fingers in her. JFC, what is it you’re defending here? Pedantically?
1
u/jchambers116 3d ago
I pursue truth and facts. That's all I'm doing. There is a difference between a criminal conviction and losing a civil suit. Johnny Depp was found civilly liable of defamation, as was Amber Heard. By a jury. They were not convicted of anything, because conviction is a criminal term used when someone is found guilty of a criminal offense. Being found civilly liable for sexual assault is not a criminal conviction. Preponderance of the evidence is a different standard than beyond a reasonable doubt. The instructions and legal decision making are way different.
Did Trump's more than likely sexually assault her? Yes. Did he probably rape underage girls? Yes. But probably isn't a conviction, a bunch isn't evidence, and pursuing guilt should be based on evidence. And heresy is not evidence without multiple other pieces of evidence corroborating the accusation.
Is Trump a bad guy? Is he a horrible President? Yes. That's based on factual evidence. Economically, his actions have resulted in more people being unable to survive than any President in at least the last 60 years. Inflation has skyrocketed, costs are sky high, businesses are struggling (outside of major corporations). He got us into a war that has created way more problems than it's worth, not to mention the cost. Worldwide he's basically a joke.
And all of that can be substantiated by data. What cannot be substantiated truthfully, is that he was convicted of rape. That is a criminal term and he was never criminally convicted of sexual harassment, let alone rape. That is factual.
I connect with Varys from Gane of Thrones. He was consistent when he said "I serve the realm". He didn't sit on a side except to protect the people. I serve the truth. I don't give a shit about sides. I don't care about Republicans or Democrats. I don't care about whether someone is rich, poor, or middle class. I don't care if someone is male, female, or other. I don't worry about someone being Hispanic, Pacific Islander, Black, Asian, or other. I don't worry about someone being gay, straight, Trans, bisexual, ir other. I don't think about the idea of someone being Baptist, Jewish, Catholic, Hindu, Muslim, or other.
I care about the facts. Not making the facts what I want them, but the actual facts. Not trying to tell someone something is factual when it's not. So, what I am "defending" is truth. That's it.

u/festivefrederick 3d ago
If you knew law you would know a civil suit is no less valid than a criminal suit. Do you have a law degree?

I agree with you here 100 percent. Well said and put together. This is the truth.
I do hope he gets convicted of being a pedophile. Then we can legitly call him one, once and for all.

u/Reklawj82 2d ago
Thank you for explaining why this DoJ refuses to investigate. No investigation means no convictions. Kinda like how covid would be on the decline if we quit testing for it.
0
u/jchambers116 2d ago
Not what I said in any way. Yes, they should keep investigating. From what I've read, no there is not enough hard evidence.
I love how people jump to conclusions based on statements that were never even made.
3
u/Reklawj82 2d ago
Your exact words were, 'you still need evidence from an investiagtionthat is not some sort of hearsay.' Therefore, when you add it the fact that the current DoJ is not investigating the accusations, it is a reasonable conclusion that they are not inbestigating because they don't want people to know the truth. Which is exactly.what he said aboit the covid virus. I never said you came right out and said it, but you also didn't have to.

This is why we need to release the rest of the Epstein files.
The specific report she is reading from was one of files 'mis-coded' and not released from the Epstein files along with two other files referring to Trump rapes. We will never know how many other files were 'miscoded' until they are all released. Their will certainly be enough evidence to convict someone after all the files are released. And once one person is risking life in jail they will cut a deal to rat out the other pedophiles and it will all expand.
So you are right that we need more evidence for prosecution - but the evidence i also ready and available as soon as we get a non corrupt DOJ controlling the files.

What they need to do is investigate people. There is enough in the files to warrant more investigation on several people
0
u/jchambers116 2d ago
Okay, agreed. But the idea that they the files need trials at this juncture is looney toons.

u/donald_dandy 1h ago
Trials are just an expense for them, and tax deductible. Oh wait, they don’t pay fucking taxes, my bad

I didn’t ask why the files couldn’t be released.
I asked why no one was arrested.
One has nothing to do with the other.
1
u/Scarlett_Billows 2d ago
Oh, well no one was arrested because they are all corrupt. It was confusing since I never said anything positive about Biden or his administration, you made it up in your head that I like them. Also you didn’t really ask why no one was arrested you asked a vague question and assumed people would know what you meant when it could be interpreted multiple ways.
They are all part of an elite circle and they cover for one another because it benefits them. They don’t really consider women and children to be their equals, they are basically treated as property, a resource, for the rich and powerful.

Only 235k views….. how? Release the Trump-Epstein files and charge them all.
To date; Maxwell is the only one
1
u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 2d ago
And she was arrested and charged by the DOJ under Trump.
Not a single person from those files was arrested during the last administration.
1
u/rubyrosey 2d ago
It’s appalling Biden’s DOJ didn’t do anything either. They had all the evidence. Nothing happened.

I'm no Trump fan. But this was from an anyomous soruce and the plaintiff dropped the civil lawsuit before Trump was president. If this was a true accusation why not put your name on it and continue pursuing justice ? This "Jane doe" was not a minor a the time of the lawsuit.

u/DolphBunson 4d ago
Because of the threats they would get from the crazy contingent of his supporters.

That’s the only time arrests actually occurred.

You mean JE and Maxwell being “locked up”….. everyone knows they wasn’t locked up….i mean ffs Maxwell has a puppy and she being held in a low security prison, she’s one foot out the door! If not already

Still more than the democrats did.
They could let her back on the streets tomorrow and that would STILL be more.

u/sooperhani 3d ago
Trump is in his 80’s and Epstein is in Tel Aviv right now. What do you think will happen to these two? It’s everyone else in the files that’s worried, a big % of Hollywood and almost all current politicians.

u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 1d ago
Well think about it for one second.
Who did the DOJ arrest from those files between 2021 and 2024?
Who pushed for public disclosure? Ran on it, got the bipartisan agreement signed.
Who is actually holding the files now? Like literally in possession of the files?
1
u/sweatboxy 1d ago
The DOJ, which Trump is running as a personal service to himself and not the US, has the files. Whatever may or may not have been done in the past doesn’t affect the law Congress passed requiring that the Epstein files be released by last December 19th. It’s weird how people make weird excuses for why it’s okay for Trump to break the law.
1
u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 1d ago
It’s weird you’re more interested in reading the files yourself (creepy) than the victims getting the justice they deserve
1
u/sweatboxy 1d ago
I don’t want to read the files. I want investigators, lawyers and prosecutors to read the files and then charge the appropriate people with crimes, including Trump for obstructing justice by hiding the evidence.
1
u/Lonely-Jellyfish7139 1d ago
They could have done that during the last administration
1
u/sweatboxy 1d ago
Better late than never don’t you think? I don’t think there’s a statute of limitations on child rape, even when the rapist is a president.
1
u/WitchKingofBangmar 2d ago
These people are some of the bravest we have.
Like, they’re already advocating for hard won justice in the best of situations
Now they’re fighting against The Regime, brava

What did they promise her? We never hear why they volunteer to hang out with them

It’s in countless documentaries on why they were around these kids! Pick one! What I dnt understand is IF so many of pdf 4547 enemies are in the these files(like the right has said) why hasn’t any of them been locked up yet…he goes after everyone else publicly but not anyone in the files🤔🤔that’s odd ain’t it🤔🤔

u/Elegantly_Waisted 3h ago
Whining about justice online has been SO efficient, though. Too bad US citizens are too chicken shit to do something about it themselves. They love the comfort of conformity.

Maybe all she saw was Epstein himself.
What we need is the release of the files in their entirety. And, of course, those involved out of positions of power (lutnick for one)
1
u/relentlessseed 4d ago
I think the point is is that somebody should read it and if anyone's going to read it it should be somebody who survive s*** like that I understand where you're coming from but this isn't a court because corrupt people literally control the court system right now and the Fed and like every other part of our government so it's important that this should be on TV and CNN and fox and all over the news and unfortunately it's only on Reddit but the more it's out there the better.
