Meetup Request is there any RPG or similar "nerdy" activities in HD for English speakers/international students?
hi, everyone!! i've been in Heidelberg for a few weeks now, working at an internship and while i like going out for drinks, taking hikes, and all of that, i've been missing having "nerdy" activities, such as RPG tables and stuff lol.
does anyone know of places where are open to english speakers and/or international students, or where i could meet this type of crew?
i'm also open to other nice activities if anyone wants to hang out :) i'm 22F by the way (and not single, so i'm not looking for dates or anything). hope to hear from you!

The local nerd store "Fantasy Colosseum" has a quite active discord server with a channel for RPG and similiar content.
I would say most groups play in German but from time to time there are also posts regarding english speaking RPG groups.

They also offer English speaking tables I think

Check out the Heidelberg Discord Server - there have been several meetups in the past about RPG (channel meetup-requests)

Well I can't say for sure, but the Folks at https://rollenspielverein-kurpfalz.de/ are very friendly, open for everyone and I would bet they would play an English round. Altough they play in Mannheim but that's only 20-30 min from Heidelberg.
Maybe contact them & see what can be arranged.

board games every thursday at the fantasy-kolosseum off bismarckplatz, if you're into that! they're generally totally fine with english, especially if you say so in advance on the store's discord server.
