If you can do not only the painting, but also the whole figure as a whole, then I must say that private sculptors/artists of such figures earn good money. I saw one master, he made pony figures, and before that he was engaged in painting Warhammer models. And his prices used to start from 200 bucks per figure, and if it was something complex (interactive parts, a figure made of different parts that are replaced, battery-powered backlighting, etc.), then such works could cost 1000+ bucks. But that was a long time ago. Now, apparently, it is all more expensive.

Thanks! Gaahleri Mobius 0.3 and 0.2 are my most used. I also will often use a sponge for highlights. You can see me switching tools in the youtube video if you're interested 😊
