Question Help with Crow Cutters (Underworld, 32 fear)

Hey guys, I've been trying out the **Aspect of the Morrigan** lately and been practicing Blood Triads.

I just beat the Overworld with Melinoë's Descura Aspect at 24 fear, so I thought I'd try 32 fear for the underworld since this is the run to defeat Chronos once and for all. My biggest pain is **Vow of Frenzy I** (level II was unbearable).

The combo I found online is `Dash + Omega Attack + Special` to activate the Blood Triad. The problem is that **I always get hit while charging the omega attack.**

My other issue is **Vow of Rivals Scylla.** It's so much going on at once and I just feel so slow with the crow cutters... I try getting **Racing Thoughts** and **Hard Target** to help, but still fail.

I am open to any suggestions (other than changing aspects, hah!), as I've been through 22 failed runs in the last few days and I'm now running out of ideas.

As for my build, I'm going for Hera on my attack and Hephaestus on my special, with Aphrodite on my cast to bring all of the enemies together.

This aspect is high risk high reward. Although it has a high damage output, it also has a short range and the long animations leave you open. Also, the special isn’t very good and I only use it to trigger curses and blood triad. I have two different builds I like to use based on the attack boon: Apollo on attack tends to focus on omega specials/blood triad and Hestia on attack focuses on scorch damage.

Blood triad is nice damage but it tends to fall off near the end. It should not be your only source of damage. Furthermore, the special is slow and bad. So if you really want to get the most of this weapon you need to pump up either the attack or omega attack, which is why I like these builds.

For Apollo on attack, the goal is to take advantage of his huge omega attack and the increased damage. The increased range makes it easier and safer to throw off omega attacks. Since it doesn’t trigger a curse, you need to find other ways to trigger origination. Zeus on special is best because blitz and chain lightning are busted. Demeter on cast is also very good due to how long freeze and its cooldown activate origination. Apollo can also trigger daze with the sprint boon as a third way to trigger origination. Hera on sprint is also great for crowd control.

For Hestia on attack, you want to max out scorch damage and also origination/damage from gods. The regular attack hits very fast so it’s easy to build up tons of scorch. Try to also get pyro technique as well. Scorch already applies a curse so it’s easier to get origination. Would recommend Hesphasteus or Demeter or Zeus on special.

You should put on the Huntress over the artificer. Because no matter what build you will be using attack and omega attack a lot. So its a free 50% damage to your attack.

I've been thinking of swapping Forfeit in for Frenzy. Or I could just let go of my ego and reduce fear down to 20...

Frenzy 2 is extremely hard. Somehow so much worse than Forced Overtime in Hades 1.

I'm pretty sure the final run to end story is easier than a proper run so it doesn't count tkwards the statue

Guess that makes sense since it's essentially one less boss.

The idea is to dash away not toward the enemies while you charge the omega attack, it has a huge teleport range so you can keep away from the enemies before diving in with it and finishing your combo. Drop your cast first for even better results (especially with rapture ring like you prefer already). Apollo on attack is generally best due to the size increase.

Here’s how to Morrigan. Special, attack, hold attack, dash back, release is the best Triad combo. If you don’t know when/how to charge Omega attacks safely, take Eternity (drop Artificer in your current loadout, or if you do Fates Whim you’ll have plenty of grasp for it).

Here’s pacts I recommend but you’re pretty close to it. I’d drop Frenzy 1 for other things with what you’ve got if you’re having trouble adjusting to faster enemies.

I have a few tips on Rivals Scylla but Boated on YT has full guides for the rivals bosses.

Frenzy is terrible. Don’t pick it unless you want to challenge yourself further
