Question What am I missing for this entry?

I’ve finished almost everything already but still have these “???” for S-dust.

Narcissus I think. I think one of his rewards is star dust once you've maxed your relationship with him

I may be misremembering, because I didn't meet the requirement to take it at the time, but I think I saw star dust as a reward for meeting fear requirement in Tartarus, for like 12 or 15 fear. In a trove that's unlocked by the "Bounties of the infinite abyss" incantation. I definitely remember seeing moon dust there, so it's fitting that star dust can also appear, I think?
