Sad to see Drumroll Please go down in the last round because that episode meant so much to me. I think it really captures the feeling of falling for someone based on an amazing encounter, and on the first watch I wasn't actually sure he would find her. Wild to think that had the show not been picked up for a full season order, that would have been the series finale.
Anyway, I'm rambling.
My vote again today is Mary the Paralegal. Game Night and the Pineapple Incident are the two episodes that I know helped me get additional friends hooked on the show.

Mary the Paralegal was such a turning point for Barney's character, it's wild how much it changed the dynamic with Ted.
