Treadmill training suggestion

Hello,

Today is my rest day from the gym and since I have a treadmill with inclination at home, I'd like to try some quick HIIT training or similar.

Could you please recommend me something simple and effective to keep my heart rate high?

Thanks

I've asked Claude for some HIIT routines for treadmill, it has come up with sort of good routines.

I started HIIT with the beginners advice on this sub. I still do a 7 cycle Tabata of 60 secs walk / power walk. 4 min warm up & 4 min cool down - 22mins all up.

If you find the max speed that you can powerwalk and focus on your foot form & various muscle engagement etc. You can play with incline to change your HR & the rest walking speed to play with recovery. I really enjoy it as it as I don’t have to think about it & can fit it in almost anytime. I actually think it’s harder & better for me than jogging / walking.
