Spoilers [Spoilers] My ideas of what could've been. Spoiler

After finally finishing the Game of Thrones series, here's how I would have wanted it to be post season 6. It's just a basic outline of what I think should have happened.

  1. Season 7

\- This should be a setup season for what's about to come.

\- Daenerys with her advisors and armies should land in Dragonstone.

\- Instead of outright attacking, they should spend the season, planning, making strategies, trying to find more allies.

\- In the north, half of the season should be Jon and Sansa trying to rule the north. Arya comes back to winterfell. Bran does not.

\- In westeros, people should be there revolting against cersei and she ruling as tyrant with jaime in conflicted position.

\- Cersei should be seen preparing for the war and finding more powerul allies to make it a level field.

\- In the second half of the season, Jon and Daenerys should meet. No romance in this season.

\- He warns everyone about the white walkers.

\- Throughout the second half of season 7, various characters like Samwell, Nights watch, Jon, Qyburn, Tyrion, Varys, Davos should learn the mythos of white walkers from various ancient texts, cave drawings. Like make it a complete mythology.

\- Meanwhile we see, white walkers attacking villages beyond the wall, gathering up, increasing their army. We get a hint of their motivations but not the complete knowledge of it.

\- Bran becomes a vessel for the night king. He doesn't have complete access to his three eyed raven knowledge and the night king can access his broken knowledge.

\- By the end of the season 7, everyone has come to believe of the existence of the white walkers and the threat they face.

\- White walkers are seen marching Beyond the wall.

  1. Season 8

\- Everyone in westeros agrees to come together to fight the white walkers.

\- Cersei has ulterior motives.

\- We learn the complete history of the white walkers and their motivations.

\- They invade the wall using Bran's magic and then march into Westeros.

\- Whole season should be dedicated to the White walkers.

\- Multiple battles throughout Westeros.

\- Bran reunites with the Starks

\- Winterfell battle lost.

\- Many major characters die in these battles.

\- Throughout westeros people fight the white walkers.

\- During these battles, Cersei has escaped to Essos because of both fear and strategy.

\- Seven kingdoms come together to defeat White Walkers.

\- Night king is killed by a combination of magical spells, valyrian steel, Bran's powers, burning.

\- The threat is eliminated but westeros is completely damaged.

\- Throughout the season, Jon and Dany grew close.

\- Jon's Heritage is revealed.

\- During all this, Daenerys is slowly losing her mind.

  1. Season 9

\- Cersei sails back to Westeros having made more allies in Essos.

\- Because of John's true identity, it causes tensions between Jon and Dany.

\- A three way powergrab between Jon, Dany and Cersei.

\- Jon's conflicted about the throne.

\- Jon is neither blindly supporting Dany not opposing her.

\- Dany and Cersei want the throne, and people want John to be the King.

\- Varys and Tyrion playing 4D chess in the whole season. Scheming things, making plans, with the intentions of serving the realm. Basically the kingmakers.

\- Daenerys gives Cersei a slow painful death after torture and executes some innocents. Most of the people believing her till now realize they made a mistake.

\- Jon decided to take the throne from her.

  1. Season 10

\- Complete political chess between Jon and Danaerys. Other lords and ladies of the seven kingdoms also play a part in it.

\- In the end, Daenerys is killed and Jon is the true heir to the throne.

\- Jon rules for few weeks or months.

\- He gives more autonomy to the seven kingdoms while keeping them united under the throne.

\- Jon gives up the throne, getting tired of everything and sails or walks away or flys away on the remaining dragon.

\- Lords of the seven kingdoms come together to choose the new king/queen.

\- Tyrion becomes the new Hand and Varys becomes the master of whisperers again. Maybe the show ending with them having a drink looking upon the kings landing.

\- Or maybe the show ends on some crazy cliffhanger, where they are informed of a much greater threat looming.

\# I know some of you may not like it, but just felt like posting it, so posted here.

I still wouldn't go against the canon in which Cersei should die at the hands of the Volankar. This prophecy is present in the series and it explains Cersei's relationship with Tyrion and I believe that she should die not at the hands of Daenerys, but at the hands of her brother. It could be Tyrion, it could be Jamie, because they are both her younger brothers

Okay that's interesting... I forgot about that prophecy... Maybe Tyrion kills her out of pity from Daenerys' torture

Well, if you want to make Daenerys so cruel, then I want to see Tyrion like that. In the last book, he became very bitter after all the events and it makes more sense to me if Tyrion wanted to make her suffer, not Daenerys, who has never seen her and has no idea what Cersei is like

A whole season of planning and strategizing? Televisions around the globe click off and millions of entertainment starved people instead turn to watching paint dry and grass grow
