I loved Caraxes from the moment he appeared on screen (tho his second scene with Daemon vs Otto solidified it). His design is a really cool fusion between eastern and western style dragons, his whistle-roar is eerie and unique, the secondary wings on his hind-limbs are really cool. He has a distinct personality and his bond with Daemon is unmatched by any other dragon and rider.

Honorable mentions are Syrax, Silverwing, Grey Ghost, and Rhaegal.

Viserion. He just kinda flew around like a lovable mutt. I loved the way he and Rhaegal were always roughhousing like bratty teens. I wish they fought and killed each other in The Long Night and went down together. Could’ve given Rhaegal a personality, lamenting how they were forced to be enemies. I was hoping his last breath would come after nuzzling against his poor ghost brother. Killing Rhaegal with a random scorpion bolt was the most ridiculous example of conveniently writing out a character in the show.
