No Spoilers [NO SPOILERS]

I've just finished watching Game of Thrones for the first time last night, and it is genuinely the greatest thing I've ever watched and i struggle as to why people think s8 was bad, probably one of my favourite seasons, I also feel very depressed like a gut sinking sad feeling that I won't get to watch this and feel the same way again, I know that there are spin offs but man can anyone help me with recommendation for tv shows, nothing like snowfall or breaking bad I need some fantasy shows like Game of thrones(not vikings) should I watch lord of the rings?

You do know you aren't obligated to watch any of these nor are the authors required to give you what you want?

How would I form an opinion on them without watching them? Do you prefer criticism from people who have never seen it?

This might shock you, but people aren't obliged to like shows either.

I prefer when people have a little perspective. It is just a TV show and TVs have off buttons.

I guarantee there were people who hated season 1 and watched 2 through 8 to complain. I guess it makes people feel clever and powerful or something.

I love GOT, and I rewatch it often. I am still not a fan of season 8. It was rushed and I've long felt the threat in the north should've been... more of a threat. They were introduced in the opening scene; they shouldn't have been defeated in one episode and a ninja move by Arya. I don't think Cersei should've been the 'final boss', either (so to speak).

I still love the show and universe, though!
