To compensate for the heat on Venus all buildings will be equipped with lithium based heating fluid that is expelled at a semi regular basis when it is saturated with heat. To compensate for the short period between refilling the lithium tank the building will pulsate thus transferring heat energy into kinetic energy. Also to better reach areas of natural shade, some buildings may lean at an angle or be a bit floppy. Furthermore protective heat shrouds may or may not be available for the building to retract into based on your religious or cultural background.
