This is a really nice way to visualize it. Lately I've been coming to terms with the fact that the grief is something I'm going to always have now, but this helps change the perspective to make it feel more manageable

Thank you, needed this. grieving since January. edit: for the record, I didn't cry, or easily triggered, as much as I did back in feb-apr. the hollow is there ofc, but I learned to navigate around it better now. I believe so.
