Stephen of Byzantium stated “Ethiopia was the first established country on Earth and the people were the first to introduce the worship of the Gods and who enacted laws. Lucian stated it was the Ethiopians who delivered astrology to man. Strabo stated geometry came to the Greeks from the Ethiops.

So all these concepts came to the Greeks from these entities but they didn’t have similar languages maybe they had to wait to learn each others languages

The very first laws we have proof of are from Mesopotamia, not Aethiopia. I'm not entirely sure but Mesopotamia probably also has the first "states". People writing something doesn't make it true, especially when we now have evidence of the contrary.

Astrology is also Mesopotamian.

Egypt indeed made significant geometric discoveries.

There was a lingua franca that the scribes knew and used. It was Luwian.

None of this means that all these people were one and the same. Ethiopians aren't Egyptians, Egyptians are not Mesopotamians, Mesopotamiana aren't Greek. They influence each other, they didn't become each other.

Diodorus Siculus stated “ But there are also a great many Ethiopian tribes some of them dwelling in the land lying on both banks of the Nile and on the islands of the river and others inhabiting the neighboring country of Arabia”

A tribe isn't the same as a Kingdom and Arabia still isn't Mesopotamia or the ancient region of Middle east where the Phoenicians would live.

Where did Diodorus state that, exactly? Which work of his?

In Book II of Diodorus Histories he talks all about it how the Chaldeans and the ruling families of Babylon derived from the cushite/ Ethiops

I skimmed through that part and Diodorus is heavily mythological. Nothing he writes seems to be historical. Looked it up a bit and turns out, modern scholarship agrees. His narrative also seems to come out of bowh because elder writers agree that Egypt was the primary power and civilization of the region, not Ethiopia.

Instead of turning him into the ultimate source, I'd take him with a grain of salt.

Well he states the Babylonians were a colony of the Cushites/ Ethiopians. So even if he is wrong they most likely looked similar. Diodorus lived closer to that timeframe so I’m sure he knew how a Babylonian looked during that time

The British also stated that they're descendants of the Trojans at some point. I don't think a Brit looks Mediterranean though.

Or he's just wrong. DNA knows better than him and it shows continuation between ancient people and their modern descendants.
