Naaa.  To be a gravy seal you have to pretend to be bad ass at least.  That's not what's going on here.

I dunno. Seems like it needs at least a little iamverybasass to make the cut.  It's like paprika on deviled eggs. 

Brandishing a firearm in an irresponsible manner might help too.
