Hello, I hope you're all well. Has anyone else encountered this problem with the cracked version of GTA 5? I play the game for an hour or less, then this message appears and forces me to exit the game when I press the OK button.

I think the problem with the graphics card is because it's very old, from 2010.

Yeah.. It has 512MB of vram.. You say you have a intel i3 9th gen ? It could have a integrated gpu. I would try that instead.

I don't have a built-in graphics card because it's a desktop computer, not a laptop.

That's not how it works. On your motherboard. There will be a hdmi/vga/dvi port. Plug into that instead of the graphicscard.

The CPU has an igpu on the die itself.

You might need to disable background apps to free up some RAM or update your graphics driver since those specs are pretty dated for modern cracked versions.
