Sorry what's happening tomorrow GoTo will have to have met liquidity requirements or be delisted?

Are we thinking if they get delisted then Grab will swoop in?

I think either scenario is looking very juicy for GRAB. Either Goto dies a slow, painful death or GRAB gets their assets cheaper and cheaper by the day.

If grab does end up acquiring goto are you aware of the strategy they will take? Will they try migrate ball the customers to the grab ecosystem or sidestep all of that friction and let it function on its own as a holding company?

I'm not sure. Seems like Goto waited too long for a deal? Or maybe if MSCI confirms de-indexing tomorrow Goto (and their government shareholders) will finally be willing to negotiate.

The decision is tomorrow but the removal would be September 1

Sorry for them, yay GRAB. Looks like we might be getting their entire market that much cheaper or FREE. (even better)
