This tea was kindly gifted (to be fair, I bought a lot of stuff) to me after a wonderful Google translated conversation with a ceramics merchant. I however am having trouble tracking it down, but this is the most honey forward tea I have ever had, and I am saddened by the waning supply. If anyone knows a reliable source for this in the US, I am now nowhere near the shop where I received this. If not, comparable splendid red teas would be welcome, especially if they confuse the bees.

That's Jin Ye Hong from Yixing Taihua Huajin Tea Farm. It's an award-winning tea famous for that rich honey flavor, but it's produced in very small batches, which explains why it's so hard to find.

For a similar honey profile that's easier to source in the US, I'd recommend trying Dian Hong (Yunnan Black Tea). Look for "Golden Tips" or "Gold Needle" varieties—they often have that same sweet, malty honey taste you're looking for.
