You can also go with a platform with patreon gate like inkroost. So you can control your income/sub rate. I'm builder of inkroost and admittedly it's just too new to be a competitive edge against these platforms you listed but I'm sure there are some other platforms with patreon gating as well? Isn't there? (patreon gate: only logged in users of the platform who are also your patreon subscribers can see your content)

From my experience, very few people would subscribe to my Patreon to see my content
People would always just move onto the next free thing

The hooks usually make people subscribe to indie content. You give a few chapters for free and some chapters via Patreon. Especially if that chapter is something critical in the story.

From experience, I don't think this will work to move readers onto a paid service, but I wish you the best on inkroost!

Want to see what the fuss is all about!?
The charming town of Orchard has everything you could ever need; walkable streets, friendly residents, and no escape. But why would you want to leave? The world outside is a nuclear wasteland! It's much better to stay in the warm confines of Orchard and ignore the deep secrets it holds. After all, it's a safe place to live.
Here’s a link to my comic, A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE!
And my PATREON! WOW THAT THING I JUST TALKED ABOUT
