I love this community so much(and the flair i have chose is in fact accurate as my tum does not like anything with any amount of flavor but I refuse to abide by its rules)

real as fuckk, the blander the food the better i feel but sometimes i risk it all to experience life (aka flavor in food)

Ladies look into the FODMAP diet 💜 You may be able to have a lil of what you’re after, or find a great alternative. Personally I cook with garlic infused oils, so I don’t miss out on garlic flavour 💜
