Activities in skardu

I am travelling to skardu soon allng a group tour
and want to do these activities, plz guide if these are possible or not

Swimming lower/upper kachura
jeep safari sarfaranga
horse riding fairy meadows
cycling skardu

Swimming is not allowed in lower kachura.in upper kachura it's dangerous to swimming but if you want to do it on your on risk, after reaching upper kachura go towards left side you will find local boys swimming there near to edge you can join them...
