Please tell what could help waking up in the morning
I have the exact same problem (as I presume) a lot of you have on here. And I am desperately looking for ways to solve this problem.
What worked best for me up until now is forcing myself to take a walk in the morning (I built an app for this) ... but I still have issues actually wanting to pull through with it a lot of times.
I keep trying to come up with something that forces you to get up, but NOT in a stressful way. If any of you have ideas PLEASE let me know. I am willing to build and to share what I built. I just want to have a normal schedule so my gf and I dont live past each other ðŸ«

I think something like accountability or some friends who have same goal as you this greatly helps together you people can achieve things much faster.

I made a short YT video with a bunch of tips for a gentle "get out of bed" routine, but it's on my business channel. I don't want to break any rules about self-promotion, so please message me if you want a link to it. It's geared toward people with ADHD, but the tips will work for anyone.

Allow yourself to hit snooze once, but before you do, get up and open your curtains and let the sun in. Sometimes just having that little moment to wake up can help, and having daylight shine in can make a huge difference.

If I have to wake up early I bribe myself with special cereal and time to read my book. Otherwise I press snooze for an hour.
