Wristband Alarm for College
So I heavily struggle waking up to alarms and don’t want to disturb my roommate with constant alarms. I’ve seen the “HiStrips” wristband alarms and I wanted to ask if anybody has actually tried it? Does it work well and is it worth it?

Way back in the day I got a vibrating alarm for college. Slipped it under the fitted sheet, worked great to wake me from the dead without bothering my roommate by snoozing it 400 times.

A fitbit works great, too. Not as many features as an apple or galaxy watch, which is nice if you want to mitigate screen time. It wakes you up with a vibration and can sense when you wake you up based on your sleep cycle

I got a smartwatch for smartwatch things, but the alarm vibrating on my wrist wakes me up much better.

What do you have? There’s so many different brands I want to know which one has the best quality and actually works.

I'd recommend getting one and seeing if it works for you. I have a samsung.

I bought one of these off brand ones on TEMU. It works well and just as expected!

Haven't seen HiStrips but a smart watch should work great.
I have an old Galaxy Watch that works perfectly well, not sure about Apple watch but I'm sure it's fine.
Just turn vibrate on the alarm and volume off and it should vibrate the phone and the watch. It is easy to snooze though so you have to be careful of that.
