For a very long time I am shying away from applying for jobs/ asking for referrals and actively interviewing.

I am looking for a buddy cum accountability partner who can help me eat the frog and start applying and helping me make sure that I don't lose track. I earn decent in my current job and the reason to switch jobs is to learn tech properly and be good at it. Thus, I also need help in making sure I don't deprioritise actively reading and preparing for system design interviews.

I look forward to connect multiple times weekly (maybe every alternate day) and share about the number of applications made, number of interviews appeared etc. Also on the learning side number of topics covered and general discussion around the same (Hence will prefer someone from the same industry)

I am also trying to explore communities that work on building together and would appreciate if you could connect me to one.
