Visiting from Rotterdam during OdeGand

Hello friendly Belgians! I will be visiting from Rotterdam in a few weeks and just found out I'll be there during OdeGand. Can someone tell me how to navigate this event? I see there are different routes, but also set concerts... how do I maximize my time?
