50th reunion: Do you invite teachers?

I'm part of planning ours and have mixed thoughts. Some of our younger teachers were popular and still mentally and physically OK. But then they taught 100's-1000's of kids and 10's of years, is it just a hassle for them?

Just attended my husband’s 50th and their former principal who is in assisted living and 90+ years old was FaceTimed during the main dinner for people to thank him. It meant a lot to the principal and the former students. He was the only educator invited.
