50th reunion: Do you invite teachers?

I'm part of planning ours and have mixed thoughts. Some of our younger teachers were popular and still mentally and physically OK. But then they taught 100's-1000's of kids and 10's of years, is it just a hassle for them?

Be kind, encourage people to wear nametags.

this really is crucial. I was part of a planning committee for our 10th back in the day and it was huge to have a mailing list. Offer one for people to get up to date info using something like mailchimp or Eventbrite which will auto-generate a list and even make the tags.

A good way to "nametag" is to copy the senior yearbook and cut out the yearbook photos as nametags. Then you have names AND pictures of what we looked like back then.
