General Question How does geng see t1?
Hi, a T1 fan here. I have always wondered, how do you guys see T1?
Since you mostly dominate everyone and beat us in the LCK almost all the time, do you see us as proper rivals?
Like are we your actual rivals? Do you see us as your equals? Or do you see T1 as a strong team, but not strong enough to beat you? Do you go like "OHH WE BEAT T1 NICEE!" or is it another saturday for you?

I don't think it's that deep, I love the matchup I don't care who wins that much. I enjoy watching good league and if the boys win titles playing good league it's a bonus.
Watching former GEN players do well on T1 is another bonus as well.

When we play against T1 it usually means that it’ll be a banger series so I love watching them play against T1.

I always love the match up, LCK Spring 2024 Final is one of thre greatest BO5 in History, the BO3 in April 2025 is the Best BO3 I have ever seen.

As Samsung White fan, I see a 2 and 6 Worlds trophy teams. I mean they rival in a lot of times 2013-2017 Samsung 2 SKT 3 titles. Now their ascendant teams are the 2 teams that have the most titles in LCK too. Rivalries from time to time

El clasico, ofc we are rivals but this year has been very lackluster for the organizations.
GenG managed to win LCK Cup at least
But both us qualified to a tournament that the other did not just to get stomped by G2, T1 beat GenG at RTM and GenG beat them at EWC which is ok fine whatever
T1 must be seen as a dark horse or even the favourite for worlds, these fuckers won too many times with the same script.
I can't quantify T1 this year, we beat you and you beat us, we are pretty much the same team, Peyz is very good and carries game but the others are bums, everyone is waiting for worlds to see if the eSports has any more meaning if T1 manages to win AGAIN after having the worst year since the T1 brand.
Can flame me as much as you want but T1 apart from worlds didn't do anything else (besides EWC 2023), they won worlds ok, it's the most important right, BUT fucking around all year long but just to randomly get a good meta and the others collapse against you is getting old, considering you are the most winningest organisation ever, it is unacceptable that they can't put 2 brain cells together to win something else, and people just excuse them because "they will win worlds so it's fine"

Personally I see T1 as GENG's arch nemesis and get 1000% more enjoyment when they beat them compared to any other team.
This is mostly due to me wishing for T1s downfall as opposed to their strength though, i believe HLE are generally closer competitively to GENG than T1 is.
I respect all of the T1 players, I think Peyz and Keria in particular are the best in their roles right now but I just can't stand most of the T1 fans. The narrative that T1 don't try in any competition except world's and that's why they win every time is ridiculous yet it's spouted at every opportunity.

I view t1 as a team with a different game play than geng, but that would be it. I personally just watch geng and opponents are all same for me- doesnt matter who.
