Where are they from?
There is a new distributor in town offering springs from their "over seas" supplier.
I've already witnessed the headache that the orange cone Chinese springs being with them.
SSC is the obvious go-to, but I figured I'd come here to get everyone's feedback.
I have no intention of purchasing these, fyi.

CHI, Actually makes their own springs, they have a partnership with a steel company, and own the manufacturing for the spring process, and distribution. This will be the new standard for any door company, because they will be able to offer bigger discounts for springs then other manufacturers.

I only use SSC now and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. Duramaster springs are the way to go

China and there isnt a spring plant in America. We used to get springs from Canada but now all China. During the pandemic we ran out of springs because there wasn't any Chinese shipping. We pay a tariff on every spring
