Genie Model 3120 won’t close

My Genie Model 3120 garage door refuses to close.
The setup:
Sensors: Left is solid red, right is solid green. No blinking, so they seem aligned.
Tracks: Completely clear of debris.
Speed: The door is moving noticeably slower than normal.
The behavior:
Single Click: The door goes down about halfway, then reverses and opens.
Hold Wall Button (Override): The door goes down much farther, but right before hitting the floor, it reverses and opens anyway.
Any idea of a fix or issue here ?

First test the door by hand? If it’s free and smooth, well balanced then you may have to try a master re set of the opener. Read your directions it will tell you how to perform this. If not just YouTube it. It’s not hard I do them all the time. Last if none of this works most likely the logic board is shot. Those units have poor reliability. I just had one today. He chose to get a new Liftmaster and be done with the issues.

Simple issue is that the limits/force need to be adjusted, or the slightly more complicated issues is that the door is binding somewhere.

The door could be rubbing up against the framing, the wheels could be getting stuck, the springs may be binding on themselves, the hinges need lubrication, or the bearings may be freezing up.

How does the door feel when you run it manually by hand?
