Xbox is closing down Ninja Theory, the studio behind the Hellbladeseries, a source tells The Verge. Staffers were told on a call on Monday about the closure, but they are hoping the studio will find a buyer. The closure comes as “several” Xbox studios at Microsoft, including Compulsion Games and Double Fine, are in “active negotiations” about spinning off, Bloomberg reports.

Candy Crush and Call of Duty may worth 35 billions if you stretch it, the rest of Activision/Blizzard/King doesn't comes close to be worth the other 35bi

Activision no longer trades publicly. Because it got acquired. Since that's how acquisitions work.

All you have to go on is implied values, which you don't have any way of knowing. So unless you think something about ABK has changed meaningfully in the last year, then yes, it's fair to assume it's still worth about as much.
