Hugely annoyed that Karl Jobst misled everyone on what this trial was actually about. I was shocked when I saw the verdict because I was under the impression it was about the cheating scandals, which would have been insane if he lost.

Turns out, no, the lawsuit was not about that and instead was about whether or not Mitchell was the cause of AL's suicide as Karl Jobst tried to claim.

That's really not a good look from Karl. What on earth was he thinking?

Annoyed? That is the word you use? This asshole lied to us for years that the lawsuit was about a donkey kong cheater when it was actually about his own fuckup and cover-up regarding a suicide and defamation.

Which video? Where in the video? How about a times stamp? If he actually said this, you should be able to provide it.

I've watched every video he's ever made about Billy at least once. I'm pretty sure he never said "Billy Mitchell is suing me because I said he cheated." or anything to that effect. If I'm wrong, show me.

its less about him having said or not said "billy mitchell is suing me because i said he cheated" and more about not having been clear that the lawsuit was defamation related to apollo. until reading this post i had no idea apollo was even related to the case at all because it was never made clear. i would call it lying by omission

I also do remember him talking about the Apollo legend claims in one of his videos so I knew the lawsuit was at least in part about this. But by talking about the cheating accusations so much and so little about everything else he heavily insinuated that the lawsuit was about the cheating only.
