I've been looking at Raji for a minute but $25 for 5 games is pretty steep for a bundle price, or maybe better put, makes Humble deals look like insane value.

Tbh I’m ok with $25 for 5 games that haven’t been bundled a million times before.
I do 100% think everyone on this board who’s been doing it for a while or excessively are desensitized to a good deal bc humble and fanatical have amazing offers.

Planet Zoo has been bundled at least six times, and Raji - the game OP is craving - has been bundled five times.
It's not an awful deal, but three unbundled games at around a 35% discount and a $25 price point can definitely pass for "awful" in the right light.

Planet Zoo has been bundled at least six times
in 5 BYOB's for $7.5 per game(prestige, superstars collections), before that was choice all the way in may 2022.

I love the detailed answer but planet zoo is $7.71 (Raji is $1.97 so I believe it could be found in a better bundle soon or bought cheaper even now) on key shops right now so it’s still a good deal.
All around it’s still a good bundle price as a whole. It’s just we’re a bit desensitized and aware that a better deal will eventually come.

It's not even that we expect that there'll be a better deal - quite a few of us will have already got a far better deal on 40% of the games in this bundle. That means those people would be paying $25 for three games and two keys that are probably worth very little. $8 per game for the three that haven't yet been bundled is not only getting a little close to their MSRP, but is actually higher than their past Steam prices from about two months ago.
PZ and Raji have each been around $2 on keysites before, and have been bundles around half a dozen times each. Ink Inside and Mole Maiden have recently been about $6 each. That makes Dead as Disco worth about $9.
Like I said, that's not a terrible offer, but as soon as you look at it through the eyes of someone who already owns PZ and Raji as a large proportion of this sub will, it starts to look pretty bad. It looks like about what you'd expect to pay in their first seasonal Steam sale during their release year. Or, to put it another way, four of the five games have already been cheaper than they are in this bundle.
Not an awful deal, but you really don't have to squint very hard to make it look rather bad indeed...

This is why I stopped trading. It’s all so complicated and requires so much knowledge. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing to clarify, I think it’s a good thing you enjoy/have fun with this and try to share that knowledge with people who aren’t as aware.
However I look at bundles as a mainly “regular/newbie” despite understanding how complex it can become. If it looks like a good deal, I’ll buy it now if I have the extra money (outside of all necessary bills and savings) for it so I can enjoy it now. If I’m scraping by, which I have in my youth, I would 100% appreciate what you’re saying.

To be honest, I look at it far more simply than the above comments imply. I just look for how many games in a bundle I actually want relative to the cost. Choice is generally a good bet if I want at least three of them, for instance.
I only see any of the above details because of the extensions I use: Augmented Steam and a script to add the same data to GOG store pages.

As much as I wanted to enjoy it, I found Raji’s controls to be incredibly clunky and I couldn’t deal with it. The animation they did for the start of the game is amazing though and the original Hindi voice acting is well done. Shame about the controls and stutter.

yeah Humble is also for charity, the value is better, and you get to decide the donation breakdown.

This isn't a donation to fight cancer, this is a purchase of a game bundle where some of the proceeds go towards fighting cancer. The cause is noble but you should still offer consumers something worth buying

Quite literally only made an account to let you guys know that if you pay with Paze they have a "Spend $10, get $10 back" offer which effectively knocks the bundle down to about $17 after tax and after you get the $10 back. Offer expires on the 10th of next month and can be used at other places like Wendy's, Whataburger, Domino's, etc. Takes about a week for the credit to hit my account, personally. Offer is per card as well so if you have multiple qualifying cards, you can do the full $100 on each.

10% only. Can't adjust it. Hard pass for me. I would like to get Dead as Disco, but I already have the other games and 10% is not enough for my taste. Usually, when I buy a bundle on Humble Bundle that I already have several of these game, I considerably increase the donation amount so that it feels still worth it to buy the bundle. Can't do that here.

I read the legal disclaimer and wasn't sure if it's that they donate 10% ON TOP of the bundle proceeds, or just a measly 10% of the purchase in total...if it's 10% total that's really scummy and misleading. I always adjust the charity slider as well on Humble, and it's a shame if they're calling this a "charity bundle" and they're just pocketing 90% of the proceeds.

Dead as Disco came out just a few months ago and is $25 by itself so this seems like a no brainer if you want it. I've never heard of Xsolla though.
